What is Life Force Energy?
Life Force Energy (also known as "Chi" or "Prana") is the vital energy that flows through every living being. It’s what animates us, sustains us, and connects us to the universe. When this energy is in balance, we experience health, peace, and harmony. But when it’s blocked, stagnant, or unbalanced, we may experience physical illness, emotional distress, or spiritual disconnection.
In my practice, I channel Life Force Energy to help clear blockages, release negative emotions, and restore harmony. My intuitive abilities guide me to the root causes of discomfort, and through a combination of energy work, empathy, and spiritual guidance, I work to bring your energy back into alignment.

Life Force Energy is a gentle healing that has deep and transformative effects on our whole being. I work closely with each individual to open and clear your energy system and get you in alignment with your highest and greatest good. It can help clear emotional pain and trauma, stress or mental anguish and even relieve some physical issues.

Grant that I may not seek to be consoled, as to console. To be understood as to understand. To be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive.
